New Chief Financial Officer Yaron Bartov and Vice President of Sales Nathan Perdue Bring Deep Industry Experience to Rapidly Growing Data Center Security Innovator
San Francisco, CA and Tel Aviv, Israel – GuardiCore, a leader in internal data center security and breach detection, today announced the appointment of Yaron Bartov as chief financial officer and Nathan Perdue as vice president of sales, North America. The additions augment the company’s already-impressive management team, providing additional expertise and leadership capable of supporting the company’s growth being fueled by the need for enhanced data center security.
“The addition of Yaron and Nathan to the GuardiCore leadership team comes at a time of strong growth and opportunity for our company,” said Pavel Gurvich, CEO and co-founder of GuardiCore. “Their respective experiences will provide valuable leadership in the areas of strategic financial and sales management that will allow us to grow the company profitably and significantly in the years ahead.”
Bartov joins GuardiCore after 17 years of financial and operations experience in software and technology including the last seven years at website builder Wix.com where he rose from corporate controller to VP finance and VP operations. Prior to Wix, Bartov was corporate controller at ooVoo as well as Arel Communications & Software Ltd., both providers of interactive voice, video, and data communication solutions for consumers and enterprise-wide conferencing.
“GuardiCore is at the forefront of delivering next-generation solutions for fortifying the data center which makes it such a tremendously exciting time to be joining the organization,” Bartov said. “I look forward to working with Pavel and the rest of the team to ensure the company is meeting growing customer demands for resilient data center security solutions.”
Perdue brings more than 15 years of sales management and development success in both early and late-stage venture funded start-ups and Fortune 10 storage, hardware and software companies. He has built and led sales organizations in end-user direct and channel sales models from early stage beta through to high-volume, transaction channels. His experience includes senior sales management roles at Cast Iron Systems, Cisco and VCE.
“Today’s enterprise has become increasingly reliant on the data center as a means for driving productivity and profitability, yet there is a critical gap that exists between the advanced threats that are targeting it, and the technologies being deployed to protect it,” said Perdue. “GuardiCore has developed a solution capable of providing real-time detection and response to these threats, that is garnering serious interest from enterprises globally. I’m thrilled to join a company that is so squarely addressing a market need, and look forward to helping the company achieve its growth objectives.”
Both Bartov and Perdue will report directly to GuardiCore CEO Pavel Gurvich.
