About The Position

The Manager, Web & Digital Marketing will own the website for one of the fastest growing cybersecurity companies in the world. You’ve got a creative spirit, an analytical mind, hunger to win, an energetic and positive outlook, and the constant craving to create an exceptional digital journey while playing a key role in fulfilling our business goals. You will use your powers and own your numbers. You will set KPIs and drive to achieve them. You will continue to innovate and optimize the web experience, and will orchestrate multi-channel marketing programs that drive demand. Success will be measured by organic and paid traffic plus opportunities generated through our website. 

  • Design and drive continuous improvement of our corporate website, responsible for executing website updates and managing key projects and upgrades. Own website strategy plan and project timelines. Prioritize initiatives based on business goals and KPIs.
  • Manage and execute web marketing initiatives to drive to the company website, including SEO
  • Set website goals and objectives, analyze results, and optimize for continuous improvement
  • Oversee website infrastructure and operations
  • Monitor, assess, test and report on website performance and security
  • Manage internal and / or external web developers and designers
  • Identify and report on web trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create new website sections, landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Understand audiences across existing customers, prospects and the cybersecurity community to create interesting and new ways to engage
  • Recommend and assist in the evaluation of emerging web technologies
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points


Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience to include paid, organic, and SEO proven success
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or tech industry and B2B go-to-market best practices, processes and tactics
  • Have an A/B testing and optimization mindset
  • Deep understanding of web analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Curious, creative-thinking, analytical-driven personality
  • Proficient in HTML/XML/CSS. Elementor for WordPress a plus
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technologies - Pardot and Salesforce a plus
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget and delivering on time. 
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, highly motivated and willing to work on a fast-paced environment
