Channel Account Director
About The Position

As a Channel Director, you will develop regional partner business plans that comprehensive and mutually beneficial GTM strategies/metrics for Guardicore and our Focus Partners. You will work with partner stakeholders to drive enablement and coordinate technical training on Guardicore's solutions, work with respective field teams on demand gen initiatives and campaigns, as well as working with direct sales on various Channel oriented opportunities.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and report on Partner business plan metrics
- Manage partner contract negotiations
- Help to develop a robust sales pipeline
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with our Focus Partners
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure ecosystem and cloud security is highly preferred
- Direct experience in recruiting, onboarding and enabling resellers/SI's
- Experience working in a start-up environments
- Technical competence strongly preferred
Skills/Requirements
- 5+ years in Software/SaaS/Security Sales or Security Sales Engineering
- 4+ years of channel sales experience and 5+ years customer facing experience working closely with the partner community
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- Practical knowledge of channel go-to-market strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skill set, strong prioritization and organizational skills, attention to detail
- Excellent ability to collaborate as a contributor and leader
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time
